The above was appended to a letter sent by a man who was complaining to the Powys, Mid-Wales council about a proposed recycling skip to be located in a village where he lived.  He was astonished to receive a knock on the door at 07.50 one day by a Policeman! Who then warned him that he could be charged with Harassment!  Some 'unnamed' person at the council objected and showed the letter to er... Neighbourhood Watch who then complained to the Police.  No one from the Police or Council will divulge who the complainant is!!

Welcome to the UK in 2006, its not Nationalist Germany is it???
