Boy punched in bus attack  Police have appealed for witnesses after a 14-year-old boy was attacked by three youths as he got off a bus. He was on a 245 bus travelling along East Lane in North Wembley on Tuesday last week (August 22)when he was approached by three Asians, two of whom were aged around 16. They began punching him in the face and took his mobile phone and £10 cash.

 

 

Police hunt shooting gang  Police are hunting a gang of five black men thought to be behind a shooting which left a man seriously wounded. Detectives are appealing for information after a 20-year-old black man was shot in the chest on Saturday at around 12.50am. The shot was fired during an argument between the man and the gang members, who are aged between 17 and 25.

 

Kidnap and rape denied  A Website designer has denied abducting a teenage girl from Stratford in broad daylight and gang raping her with two friends. Oladipupo Basho-run, 25, is said to have kidnapped the 16-year-old as she walked along a Hackney street on May 13 this year.

 

Man Stabbed In McDonald's Restaurant  A man was repeatedly stabbed during a frenzied attack inside a McDonald's restaurant, police revealed today. Police believe that the victim and a group of his friends had been involved in an altercation minutes earlier. They are hunting two Asian men and a black man in connection with the incident.

 

 

Schoolgirl 'stabbed pupil in eye'  A teenage girl was stabbed in the eye, head and back by a fellow pupil with scissors following taunts about her long hair, a court has heard. The 15-year-old victim was then left lying in a pool of blood at a Surrey school, Guildford Crown Court was told. 

 

Double murder suspect found dead  A Man charged with the murder of an Altrincham mother and daughter has been found dead in his prison cell. Belgium born Eddy Stephan Kariel Swerts, aged 37, was on remand at HMP Manchester and was due to appear at Manchester Crown Square in October.
