I had a dream...

I had a dream that all was not well,

In the big brother house of hell.

Two girls had a row I hear,

And one was called a racist I fear.

The cry went throughout the land,

This awful programme should be banned.

They called one girl an awful louse,

And questions was asked in the house.

The thought police and BBC were called,

To make sure everyone was appalled.

In India effigies were burned,

And hate poured out on those concerned.

This all happened at a time,

When this country was riddled with crime.

When children at school with fear were filled,

And some were even being killed.

People were turning against the poor,

And our soldiers were dying in a war.

Our elderly were dying of the cold,

And the health service was failing so I'm told.

Schools were not allowed to teach,

Now the teachers may only preach.

When strangers had all the houses and jobs,

And our own had what was left, the bits and bobs.

Our country was being pulled apart,

God how that nearly broke my heart.

The Scots and Welsh were told to go,

Set up on their own you know.

To weaken us in every way,

So foreigners could have their say.

Will this nightmare never end,

For centuries on each other we could depend.

None of this the media told,

They must keep the people out in the cold.

Sweating I woke up in a stew,

Only to find it all was TRUE.

Anon.
