Giant Mosque
We do not want a mosque, three stories high, with a capacity for 70,000 people built close to the new Olympic Stadium in East London.
Why don't we want it?
Because this is a Christian country and does not need or desire a massive Muslim complex in the heart of its capital city.
Because we do not trust those who gather in mosques. Their dealings are not open to us and we have already had experience of mosques which are used to foster terrorist acts against us.
Because 70,000 Muslims in one place, so close to an Olympic Stadium and not closely monitored by our own security forces is, quite frankly, daunting and unacceptable.
As it is, the London Boroughs that surround the new Olympic stadium are more than 60% ethnic (acknowledged, never mind what is hidden) and there are nearly seven more years to go before the event. This means that the vast majority of those working in the stadium will be ethnic minorities. Visitors to Britain for the Olympics in 2012 will be forgiven for assuming that there are no indigenous English left. A giant mosque holding 70,000 Muslims will confirm to visitors that England has indeed been overrun. Is it really Blair and Livingstone's desire that our capital city, London, will be entirely without English people? Seems that way.
Don't want the mosque? Write to these MPs and say so.

What stupid idiot thought up the idea of a giant mosque next to the olympic site?
With all the problems we have with terrorists in this country, this is the last place a mosque should be built?
Remember the carnage when the Israelis were massacred near an olympic event?
Someone wants to have a rethink about that stupid idea.
Mind you a few Christian churches in that area would not go amiss!
I reckon a rethink on the security aspects of this mosque proposal is required.

Why?
Having read about the proposed Mosque for the forthcoming Olympics in London I
found myself asking one thing, "Why?"
The Olympics is not a religious event as such so I see no need to build any
kind of religious building at all, but if there was to be a building then why
should it be a mosque?
Surely, since there will be many cultures coming together to celebrate the
Olympics it makes more sense it for it to apply to all of the people and not
just to one section.
It should be a multi-faith building at the very least. To erect this building
for one set of people shows a remarkable lack of tolerance and concern for
non-muslims.
Or are we soon to see planning applications for a Sikh Temple, a Hindu Temple,
a Christian Cathedral and a Jewish Synogogue too, all to celebrate the
Olympics? Let's be honest, they have as much right to be represented but it
always seems to be Muslims who are pushing for their own religion to be given
preferential treatment. Why is this?
I heard a Muslim scholar once explain about Mosques. He said that there was no
need for them since all Muslims believe that the whole world is one huge
Mosque anyway so why do they want this Mosque? Can anyone think of an Islamic
country where a Christian Cathedral would be allowed permission to be built to
celebrate any event?
It does make one wonder what the motives are behind this latest attempt to
foist Islam onto centre stage in a non-Islamic country.
Tablighi Jamaat says it will have a capacity for 70,000 when surrounding
buildings are taken into account. “It would be something never seen before
in this country,” Abdul Khalique, a senior member of Tablighi Jamaat, was
quoted as saying. The mosque would be a hub for Muslim competitors and
spectators at the London games as well as British headquarters for Tablighi
Jamaat, a professedly apolitical group that was founded in India during the
British Raj. From what I can gather Tablighi Jamaat has come under
fire from counter-terrorism officials for its connections to terrorist
organizations. According to the French Tablighi expert Marc Gaborieau,
its ultimate objective is nothing short of a "planned conquest of the
world" in the spirit of jihad.
Perhaps that is "Why?" Can we afford to take the risk and ask why we
agreed to it later?
This is England and for many years the tolerance of it's people has known no
bounds but it's now time to draw a line and say, "Thus far and no
further!"
