Christian Council of Britain supports Free Speech

URGENT update as at 1930hrs Thursday.
Due to legal issues today which run into Friday, the trial of Nick and Mark has been adjourned until Monday 23rd January. Demo planned as below now cancelled.

Friday 20th January will seen another demonstration in support of the Free Speech Two outside the Crown Court in Leeds city centre.

The events are due to start at a slightly later time of 1100hrs due to the court timetable being rearranged.

Flags of the home nations, banners and placards in support of Free Speech should be brought. Civil Liberty and the Christian Council of Britain will be in attendance and sponsoring the day’s activities. This demonstration coincides with the final day of the first week of the Free Speech trial where BNP Chairman, Nick Griffin and Head Graphic Designer, Mark Collett are defending charges that they used words likely to incite racial hatred.

So far the prosecution has presented a weak case and the defence case still has to be heard. The Labour regime in general and former Home Secretary David Blunkett have opened a can of worms which they must now be bitterly regretting. This case which is costing British taxpayers well in excess of £100,000 is turning into a win-win situation for the BNP, Nick and Mark and the greater course of freedom of speech.
